BRIEF HISTORY
Our Law firm is formed by a team of professionals that provide legal comprehensive solutions to businesses and individuals.
The law firm was originally founded by Dr. Silvia L. Rotman, an attorney whose great vocation is for the defense of her clients and a strong vision of justice. Dr. Rotman developed the first phase of her career in a thriving and entrepreneurial law firm, building her career during an extensive 20 years. In 1997 she decided to start her own law firm, dedicating intensively to the practice areas of Labor Law, Civil Law, Family Law, Will Trusts & Estate, Estate Planning, and Comprehensive Business Advice, with a specialized training in the management and negotiation of matters involving complex elements.
With experience in Business and Civil Law, attorney and mediator Dr. Gabriela Szlak has specialized in Dispute Resolution and New Technologies in recent years. Having subsequently joined the law firm, Dr. Szlak also introduced and added the practice area of New Technologies & Law.
A strong personal focus is just one of the many fundamental pillars of our firm. Our relationship with our clients and meeting the satisfaction of their needs in a timely manner always has been and continues to be our priority, in addition to a strong commitment to academic training, professional excellence and ethics.
As of 1998 we have since added a pioneering service in pre-trial mediation (available for Buenos Aires City jurisdiction only) as an integral part of the firm’s legal services. Through the years numerous law firms have chosen us for our legal mediation services due to our personal dedication to each and every one of the cases we have worked on as mediators and our training in conflict resolution, negotiation, and interpersonal communication.
Our long history of more than 35 years of experience and a strong innovative vision has enabled us to achieve a joint synergy between new technologies and traditional legal services and mediation, demonstrating the capacity to adapt to the constant change that characterizes our times.
